If you are staying in Cadzand for work, Villa Mer also offers opportunities to rent a flat or house for a longer period of time. We do not rent single rooms. It is of course possible for colleagues to rent a flat or house together and divide the rooms amongst each other. However, there is always one main tenant who guarantees payment of the rent.

We have fully equipped flats and houses with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms where up to 6 people can stay. Several houses also have a washing machine. There is a basic internet connection and TV subscription. Tenants are free to purchase a more extensive internet and/or TV package from the local provider at their own expense. We rent for a maximum of 12 months. With the possibility of extending the lease for a further 12 months once. After that, the property is intended to be released for new tenants.
